Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Sales Executive based in Varanasi. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will engage with merchants, demonstrate the value of One97’s offerings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also involves gathering market insights and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify, approach, and close deals with prospective clients.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to gather market insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with technology-driven payment solutions, digital payments, or merchant services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior field sales experience is advantageous.
