We are looking for an experienced person in end-to-end payroll processing for HR department, including salary calculations, deductions, statutory return, full and final settlement, minimum wages. Excellent in Excel
Also, should handle onboarding process, updating in the portal, file management.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in compliance with statutory requirements.
Work on different types of salary structures and breakups (CTC, gross, net salary).
Calculation of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
Compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act).
Prepare and file statutory returns (PF ECR, ESIC, PT challan,).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and payroll systems.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
Address employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
Handle full & final settlements
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
