• Identifying potential talent sources through Social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques. 
• Building a robust candidate pipeline for the companys present and future requirements. 
• Evaluating and refreshing an organization’s talent data and potential needs. 
• Developing and executing successful strategies by working closely with the recruitment team. 
• Conveying the measurable and qualitative impact of their contributions across the organization. 
• Negotiating with chosen candidates to minimize the overall cost per hire. 
• Examining current market trends and forecasting the future workforce needs of the organization. 
• Cultivating enduring relationships with passive candidates through their connections. 
• Participating in seminars and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and expand a solid professional network. 

Work Experience

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in the (preferred industry type) sector. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of various recruitment methodologies,
• Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Attentive to detail with strong time management and organizational skills. 
• Creative thinker with the capacity to excel in dynamic environments.
