Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source new vendors for various categories such as IT, Telecom, Hardware & Networking, Audio Visual, Travel Management, Facility Management, Cafeteria Management, Security Services etc.
Manage vendor relationships through regular communication and negotiation to ensure best possible pricing and service levels.
Develop and maintain category management plans to optimize spend analysis and improve procurement processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop RFx documents (RFP/RFX) for strategic sourcing initiatives.
Analyze bids received from vendors during RFX process to identify the most suitable option.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in indirect sourcing or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree (M.Tech).
Proficiency in tools like Ariba, SAP, e-sourcing platforms; strong understanding of global sourcing principles.
