Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Source and submit

  10 quality profiles daily

  for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Make

  40-50 calls per day

  for sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
• Use

  Boolean search

  and other advanced sourcing techniques across platforms.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of relevant candidates.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand role requirements.
• Work toward achieving

  monthly joiner targets

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Naukri and LinkedIn

  sourcing.
• Strong skills in

  Boolean search

  and keyword-based sourcing.
• Prior experience in a sourcing or recruitment role (IT/Non-IT).
• Good communication and screening abilities.
• Target-oriented and able to meet daily and monthly goals.
