Job Summary:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across IT and Non-IT sectors for their lateral hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing empanelment with

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure service excellence.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communication, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 14 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing client network or contacts in the HR/recruitment domain.
  • Experience in empanelment processes with corporate clients or staffing RFPs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM, and ATS platforms.
