Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities and client relationships for lateral hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of B2B sales or client acquisition in the HR or staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across IT and Non-IT sectors for their lateral hiring needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing empanelment with Recruituple . Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure service excellence. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communication, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. 14 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring processes and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Nice to Have: Existing client network or contacts in the HR/recruitment domain. Experience in empanelment processes with corporate clients or staffing RFPs. Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM, and ATS platforms.
