Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard

    new US clients

    for IT staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    with IT decision-makers (CIOs, HR Heads, Project Managers).
  • Manage full sales cycle

    : prospecting pitching negotiating closing.
  • Achieve

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    and revenue KPIs.
  • Collaborate with

    offshore delivery teams

    to ensure client satisfaction and timely talent fulfillment.
  • Maintain

    CRM records

    and provide sales forecasts and market insights.
  • Represent the company in

    client meetings, calls, and presentations

    .
  • Develop

    strategic growth plans

    to expand account portfolios.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 - 8 years of experience

    in US IT staffing / recruitment sales.
  • Proven track record of

    generating new US client accounts

    and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of

    US IT market and talent needs

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Data-driven

    approach: experience with KPIs, CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and

    deliver measurable business results quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with

    mid-market or enterprise US clients

  • Prior experience in

    selling contract staffing, IT consulting, or workforce solutions

  • Exposure to
