Were expanding our team and looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can handle multiple roles, work with account managers, and close top-quality candidates quickly.

Role Summary

As a US IT Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement for multiple IT roles across various clients. Youll work closely with account managers and delivery managers to understand each requirement deeply and identify the best-fit talent in a competitive market.Your success will be measured by speed, quality, and consistency in placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles in the US market.
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously across diverse skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and availability.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates effectively.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring skills.
• Stay up to date with market trends, client hiring patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery leads for requirement prioritization and submission strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 - 7 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
• Proven track record of handling 35 active positions simultaneously and meeting submission/placement targets.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other advanced tools.
• Ability to assess candidate technical strength and cultural fit.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in night shift / US time zone.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for direct clients, MSPs, or VMS systems.
• Background in niche IT skills (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.).
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva).
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
