Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience to assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to source IT candidates.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

2. Candidate Engagement:

- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and other channels.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

3. Client Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Recruitment Process:

- Assist in creating job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.

- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities.

5. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions.

- Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage candidate data.
