Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hyatt Place. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
