We're now we're looking for a visionary VP of Operations to build, optimize, and scale our entire operational backbone. If you're a seasoned operations leader with a deep understanding of D2C logistics, supply chain management, and customer experience in India, and an unwavering commitment to efficiency and customer delight, this is your opportunity to directly shape our ability to scale. You'll be the architect of our operational excellence, ensuring our engineering-first, AI-native approach translates into a flawless delivery experience for every single customer. What You'll Be Doing End-to-End Operational Strategy: Define and execute Clinikally's comprehensive operations strategy, optimizing supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile delivery across India. Logistics & Fulfillment Excellence: Build, scale, and manage a robust fulfillment network, ensuring fast, cost-effective, and reliable product delivery to customers nationwide. Customer Experience Leadership: Oversee our customer support function, setting high standards for service quality and utilizing data to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention. Process Optimization & Automation: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across all operational processes, implementing scalable solutions and leveraging technology (including our AI capabilities) for automation. Offline Experience Centre Operations: Develop and manage the operational blueprint for our upcoming offline experience centres, ensuring seamless integration with our digital channels. Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with 3PL providers, courier partners, tech vendors, and other operational partners, ensuring high performance and favorable terms. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize operational data and analytics to drive strategic decisions, identify areas for improvement, and forecast operational needs. Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and empower a dedicated operations team, fostering a culture of efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer obsession. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to ensure operational capabilities align with product launches and marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with a significant portion in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet businesses in India. Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing complex supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Deep understanding of the Indian logistics landscape, last-mile delivery challenges, and regulatory environment. Experience in managing and elevating customer service/support functions. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You're comfortable with data, process mapping, and identifying root causes of issues. Exceptional leadership and communication skills: Able to inspire a large operational team and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with setting up or managing physical retail/experience centers is a significant advantage.
