Job Description

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the NBFC, MFI, and credit lendingspace, focusing on promoting and selling Credit Linked insurance including Life andGeneral.
Maintain a strong lead pipeline while deepening relationships with existing clients tomaximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve acquisition andrevenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery ofInsurance products while driving profitability through mutually beneficial, vision-aligneddeals.
Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Product, Tech, Digital Marketing, Legal,Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines, enabling high-quality outcomes within budgets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities inthe Group Credit Life and Credit Protect insurance segment. Leverage data and analytics toshape strategies, measure success, and enhance decision-making.
Own the P&L performance of client accounts, focusing on topline growth, marginoptimization, and renewals to ensure sustainable profitability and client satisfaction.
