Field Sales Conduct on-ground visits to retailers, distributors, and potential clients. Present product ranges, demonstrate features, and drive sales conversions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Collect market intelpricing, competitor activity, demand trends. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and keep accurate CRM or spreadsheet records. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Corporate Sales Identify and approach corporate buyers: hotels, caterers, offices, institutions. Prepare tailored proposals and quotations. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain long-term corporate relationships and manage the sales pipeline. Common to Both Roles Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and supply chain teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Resolve client queries and ensure smooth service. Report performance metrics and market feedback to management. Represent Orami at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Minimum 1 year to a maximum of 10 years experience in relevant sales environments. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, with willingness to travel extensively across North India.
