Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to assist customers in purchasing new and used vehicles. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, negotiating prices, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget
Explain car features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Arrange and conduct test drives
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet monthly targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
Handle customer queries and post-sale support
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitors, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in car sales or retail sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
Valid driving license (mandatory)

Education & Experience:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
05 years of experience in automotive or sales industry
