Designation: Customer Service Manager / Sr. Service Manager Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Automobile. Age: 30 to 40 Years+. Salary: 08 Lacs to 10 Lacs PA, additionally performance linked incentive against achievement of revenue targets. Experience: 10 to 20 years in Car Service, Bodyshop, Vehicle after Sales, Insurance. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager / Sr. Service Manager Role & responsibilities: * Lead and monitor workshop activities. * Direct involve for after sales profitability Service targets Vs achievement. * Driving suitable measure to achieve this targeted. * Implement customer delight source to enhance service loyalty. * Workshop turnover as well as commitment to deliver high quality of customer care. * Ensure team delivers optimum productivity, Competency & commitment. * Achieve month service Unit Targets Vs per car labor & parts * Mapping workshop capacity utilization. * Ensure flawless work quality by means of suitable workshop equipment, Test instrument method. * Manage & guide staff to improve their productivity, Competency & commitment. * Monitor insurance claim or submission and approval * Strong industry knowledge & leadership quantities, High level persistence. Recruitment as per production plan & business need. Requirements and skills: Excellent business acumen & critical thinking abilities in sensitive business areas Strategic approach enhancing dealership absorption ratio through improving resources like utilization & production. Capable to work independently under pressure & multitasking environment. Ability to interact to all level people address arising issue. Meticulous and possess good working attitude. Strong industry knowledge & leadership quantities, High level of persistence. Aggressive for highest UIO retention ratio.
