Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to vehicle servicing and maintenance. Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of workshop resources and timely completion of services. Assist customers in understanding their vehicle's maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, liaising with service technicians and other departments as necessary. Track and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. Supervise and train customer care representatives, fostering a customer-centric culture within the team. Prepare and present periodic reports on customer service performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Work closely with the service and sales teams to align customer care strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Automobile Engineering (DAE), or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE). 7–10 years in automobile service operations or workshop management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
