Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council or Medical Council of India . Willingness to work in Night shifts . Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage emergencies independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Roles and responsibilities: Monitor and assist residents with nighttime routines including toileting, repositioning, and personal hygiene. Respond promptly to calls and emergency alerts. Perform regular safety checks and document resident status throughout the shift. Administer prescribed nighttime medications in accordance with facility protocols (if certified). Maintain a calm, quiet, and reassuring environment to support restful sleep. Communicate any significant changes in condition to nursing or supervisory staff. Light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness during the night (e.g., tidying rooms, laundry). Document care provided and maintain accurate overnight logs and incident reports. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person
