Sales & Marketing Head
to lead our PAN India sales and marketing operations. The role demands strong leadership capabilities with proven expertise in Brand Development, B2B Sales, Modern Trade, General Trade, and Corporate Sales
. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, expanding market reach, and building a scalable sales and marketing ecosystem across India. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Design and execute PAN India sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth across
B2B, General Trade, Modern Trade, and Corporate Sales
channels. - Define sales targets according to and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and channel expansion initiatives.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead brand positioning, visibility, and market penetration initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline platforms.
- Strengthen brand presence across trade channels, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Channel & Trade Management
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Handle Modern Trade negotiations including onboarding, pricing, and promotions.
- Expand General Trade coverage and improve market penetration.
- Manage key corporate accounts and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Management
- Build, lead, and mentor PAN India sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and training needs.
- Establish robust sales processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
Business Planning & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and long-term growth plans.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Present periodic MIS and performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
The Sales & Marketing Head will be evaluated on performance metrics aligned with revenue growth, profitability, brand strength, and operational excellence.
Revenue & Sales Growth
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (PAN India).
- Year-on-year revenue growth across all sales channels.
- Growth in Average Order Value (AOV) and repeat business.
- New customer acquisition and key account onboarding.
Channel Performance
- Expansion and productivity of distributor and dealer networks.
Modern Trade:
- New account onboarding.
- Shelf presence, visibility, and promotional effectiveness.
General Trade:

Corporate Sales:
- Number of active corporate accounts.
- Revenue contribution from institutional and corporate clients.
Brand & Marketing Performance

- Effective execution of marketing campaigns within approved budgets.

- Successful execution of product launches and branding initiatives.
Team & Leadership Performance
- Sales team target achievement ratio.

- Compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval frameworks.

- Gain complete understanding of products, markets, and internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
