The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our PUF panel solutions to various industries. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, cold storage, industrial sheds, and other sectors requiring PUF panels and develop business with PEB contractors, Cold Storage, and Clean Room companies. Ensure continuous market coverage by conducting field visits and mapping potential clients. Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and fabricators in assigned markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and end-users. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate PUF panel solutions. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and project influencers. Market Analysis: Execute approved marketing and promotional plans for territory growth. Support product branding through trade shows, dealer meets, and industry events. Provide market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing inputs to management. Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively. Coordination & Reporting: Prepare monthly activity plans aligned with corporate sales strategy. Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings with the reporting Manager. Submit structured reports: sales progress, pipeline status, customer feedback. Ensure 100% ERP reporting compliance for field activities.
