Experience Minimum 7–12 years of experience in Sales/Marketing. At least 4–5 years of proven experience in school admissions (mandatory). Strong track record of achieving and exceeding admissions targets. Experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong leadership and decision-making ability. Deep understanding of parent expectations and schooling trends. Expertise in digital marketing and lead management tools (CRM).
