Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer  Job Description: • Should have basic knowledge of computers preferably MS Office, Internet, Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options through the browser. • Contacting the customer /Client as per the details received through the browser or websites for briefing about the products and fixing the appointment with the client. • Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements. • On successful Demonstration sharing the quotes with the Customers and Clients. • Initiating price negotiation for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements. • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.  • Maintains relationships with the Existing Customer base by providing support as well as attain CR and day to day information along with Competition updates, any help or guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on Daily & weekly Basis. • Maintains personal rapport with each and individual Customers and Prospects. • Should be responsible for the sales in assigned location. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
