Job Title: Tele caller / Tele sales Executive Location: RT Nagar Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15000 + Incentives Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales or leads. Explain the features and benefits of the products/services clearly. Maintain customer data and update call records in the CRM system. Follow up with interested customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team or management. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Key Skills Required: · Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language] · Convincing and negotiation skills · Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) · Ability to handle rejection and stay positive · Time management and multitasking ability Eligibility Criteria: · Minimum Qualification:12th / Any Graduate Experience:1–2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales Preference for candidates with previous tele sales experience Working Conditions: · Shift timing: 10:30 to 6:30 · Work mode: Hybrid · Weekly off: Sunday
