Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Franchise (30000 + Incentives) Location: Bangalore | Industry: Education (Islamic Institution) Key Responsibilities: Drive franchise sales by identifying and onboarding new partners. Achieve franchise acquisition and revenue growth targets. Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective franchisees. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote franchise opportunities. Support franchise partners in setup, local marketing, and admissions growth. Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities. Ensure all promotional and branding activities align with Islamic values. Requirements: ·      Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). ·      3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education sector. ·      Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ·      Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation. ·      Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and events. ·      Ethical, professional, and aligned with Islamic values.
