Key Responsibilities:

• Drive franchise sales by identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Achieve franchise acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote franchise opportunities.
• Support franchise partners in setup, local marketing, and admissions growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities.
• Ensure all promotional and branding activities align with Islamic values.

Requirements:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education sector.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation.

· Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and events.

· Ethical, professional, and aligned with Islamic values.
