Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts. This is a strategic role aimed at driving revenue and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth

Identify and convert potential clients in residential, commercial, and healthcare segments

Handle client meetings, site visits, and closure of deals

Build and lead a small team of sales associates as we grow

Collaborate with the design and execution team to ensure seamless service delivery

Track targets and ensure achievement with consistent performance

Represent the brand at relevant industry events and forums

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing in the interior design or related industry

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven personality

Preferably based in or willing to relocate to R.R. Nagar or nearby areas
