Job Purpose: DBS Bank is seeking a highly strategic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Credit Cards Distribution and Ecosystem. This pivotal supervisory role will drive distribution, technology initiatives, and regulatory compliance assurance within our credit cards business, leading a team of officers.Job duties & responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Spearheading the distribution of our credit card products (proprietary and co-branded), with a strong focus on sales strategy and enhancing the digital customer journey.* Digital Transformation: Embracing and implementing digital solutions and innovation to streamline onboarding processes, deepen customer engagement, and improve product delivery and servicing. E2E ownership of the Credit Cards platform and related initiatives* Compliance and Best Practices: Ensuring & driving regulatory and Industry compliance projects to ensure DBS meets industry & regulatory standards and develops best-in-class customer experiences.* Customer Experience Champion: Proactively identifying customer pain points, advocating for customer feedback, and driving initiatives to significantly enhance the cardmember service experience and business resilience* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with diverse internal teams (e.g., digital, marketing, analytics, risk and compliance, technology, operations and compliance) and external partners (e.g., co-brand partners, service providers) to ensure the timely and effective delivery of programs and projects.* Stakeholder Management: Navigating complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and influence, including senior-level interactions across various functions.* Market Intelligence: Monitoring market and competitive trends with agility and creativity to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.* Team Leadership & Development: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Bank officers, working collaboratively to achieve collective goals and investing in their talent development.Education: CA/ MBA in Finance, or Marketing, or a related field.Required Experience: * A proven track record in cards business roles with at least 10 years of extensive experience.* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cards and unsecured lending landscape, including its regulatory environment.* Digital Acumen: Digitally savvy with a strong appreciation for technology, innovation, and digital product enablement, possessing a hands-on approach towards design, testing, and implementation.* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.* Communication & Influence: Strong communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively.* Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all key internal and external stakeholders across various seniority levels.* Customer Centricity: Passionate about customer experience with a proven ability to drive service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction metrics.* Personal Attributes: Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
