1. Acquiring and developing large corporate clients for Group Medical Coverage (GMC) and other employee benefit products
2. Owning end-to-end client onboarding processesfrom engagement to policy activation
3. Building and nurturing relationships with HR, Finance, and Procurement heads to identify insurance needs and pain points
4. Collaborating with underwriting and internal teams to deliver customized, competitive insurance proposals
5. Leading and supporting large-deal conversions in partnership with location heads as part of the Large Health team
3. Strong understanding of TPAs, brokers, insurers, and corporate decision-making structures
4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to navigate long sales cycles with senior stakeholders
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance is a plus
Work on high-value accounts, lead strategic initiatives, and grow into a leadership role in a scaling vertical.
