Channel Sales Executive pune 0 - 4 years INR 0.5 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to drive growth of our Intrusion Alarm & Security System business through a strong partner network. The role involves developing and managing channel partners (distributor and system integrators), driving sales targets, building long-term relationships, and ensuring effective go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management Identify, on-board, and manage new channel partners (distributor, SI partners). Build strong relationships with partners to ensure business growth and loyalty. Conduct regular partner engagement activities, product trainings, and joint sales planning. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve sales targets for Intrusion Alarm Systems across assigned territory. Drive product penetration by creating demand through channel ecosystem. Support partners in closing large opportunities by joint visits, presentations, and demonstrations. Business Planning & Execution Develop and execute channel sales strategy aligned with company goals. Monitor sales performance of each partner and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals. Market Development Expand partner network into untapped regions/verticals. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide inputs for product positioning. Identify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and enterprise security segments. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in Channel Sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred), ideally in Electronic Security / Intrusion Alarm / Home Automation . Strong relationship management and partner development skills. Good understanding of security system products & solutions (Intrusion, Fire, Home Automation). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Electronics / IT / Business (preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing). 2-3 years of Channel/Distribution Sales experience. Exposure to Security & Automation Industry is highly desirable.
