A high-impact role driving client acquisition, business development of large corporate accounts, and end-to-end client onboarding in the Group Insurance space. As part of the Large Health team and leading key initiatives you will play a critical role in expanding corporate insurance solutions, with a sharp focus on Group Medical Coverage (GMC) Location- Bangalore (WFO) Your Future Employer: A fast-growing, tech-driven insurance player Responsibilities: 1. Acquiring and developing large corporate clients for Group Medical Coverage (GMC) and other employee benefit products 2. Owning end-to-end client onboarding processesfrom engagement to policy activation 3. Building and nurturing relationships with HR, Finance, and Procurement heads to identify insurance needs and pain points 4. Collaborating with underwriting and internal teams to deliver customized, competitive insurance proposals 5. Leading and supporting large-deal conversions in partnership with location heads as part of the Large Health team Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in corporate insurance, preferably in Group Health or Employee Benefits 2. Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, handling large accounts and B2B insurance sales 3. Strong understanding of TPAs, brokers, insurers, and corporate decision-making structures 4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills 5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to navigate long sales cycles with senior stakeholders 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance is a plus Whats in it for you?
