Job Description

Looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Voyage Program Revenue Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage revenue operations for voyage programs, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience working with CRM software and other revenue management tools is an asset.
