About Upgame

Upgame is a globally leading golf performance data company and a subsidiary of TrackMan — Denmark’s premier golf technology powerhouse. Our system simplifies stat tracking for golfers and coaches using a map-based data entry platform and unique performance metrics like dispersions to targets and target lines. We serve elite players, coaches, academies, US college programs, and National Federations worldwide.

As we scale our product and communication efforts, we’re looking for a Visual Designer who can bring clarity, creativity, and visual consistency to our marketing and product communication.


What this role is about

We’re looking for a visual designer who can produce high-quality marketing and product visuals and support our lifecycle communication efforts through thoughtful, clear, on-brand creative work.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Communications to visually support:

  • Lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Activation, conversion, and retention journeys
  • A/B test creative assets
  • Campaign performance visuals
  • Product marketing visuals
  • Marketing campaign graphics

This is not a full lifecycle strategist role — strategy and messaging will be owned by Product Marketing + Comms.

Your focus will be visual execution and creative support.


What You’ll Be Creating

You will own the design of:

Marketing & Acquisition

  • Campaign banners, email graphics, social visuals
  • Ads, promotional visuals, feature spotlights

Lifecycle & Retention Assets

  • Email and push notification visuals
  • In-app campaign creatives
  • Creative variants for A/B tests
  • Visual assets supporting activation and conversion flows

Product Marketing Visuals

  • Screenshots, product illustrations, UI mock visuals
  • Feature explainer graphics
  • Visuals for app updates and new releases

Brand & Communication

  • Consistent visual language across teams
  • Templates for internal and external communication
  • Support decks for product and leadership teams


What We Expect

  • 2–4 years of visual design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, product, or communication design
  • Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
  • Understanding of modern SaaS aesthetics and UX visuals
  • Experience designing for lifecycle emails, push campaigns, or product communication is a plus
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product Marketing + Comms
  • Strong command of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Bonus: Motion graphics for short animations, reels, or feature highlights
