The Role

Customer Support Specialist

You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth tournament operations, supporting users in real-time, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and a world-class user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time tournament support via chat, email, or call
• Assist with

  data entry and validation

  for live tournaments and events
• Troubleshoot user issues quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with the operations and product teams to flag and resolve recurring issues
• Maintain detailed records of user interactions and feedback
• Ensure high-quality, timely communication with players, coaches, and partners

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  customer or tournament support

  , preferably in a

  tech or sports environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools
• Ability to multitask under pressure, especially during live events
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during tournaments

Bonus Points

• Experience in golf, sports data, or event operations
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
• Understanding of mobile and web-based sports platforms
