Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Indore with some remote work flexibility. The Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, provide technical support, resolve customer issues, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain an exceptional standard of service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to analyze and enhance customer experiences and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Customer Support and a proven ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
  • Knowledge and experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvements
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in customer support tools or CRM systems is an advantage
