Product Marketing + Communications Manager

As a Product Marketing + Communications Manager at Upgame, you will be responsible for the full communication experience for users. Your role will combine product marketing, lifecycle messaging, and brand communications into one unified function. You will have the opportunity to shape Upgame's narrative, elevate communication value, and ensure that Coaches, players, and organizations receive clear, timely, and impactful messaging. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write and publish feature announcements, product updates, and newsletters. - Create lifecycle communication including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation. - Own push notifications, in-app messages, and product tours. - Write messaging for renewal, churn prevention, and conversion journeys. - Maintain consistency of brand voice across all channels and surfaces. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Content, or Lifecycle/CRM roles (SaaS experience preferred). - Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical or data-heavy concepts. - Experience in creating user messaging across email, in-app, push, and help content. - Strong understanding of user journeys, communication triggers, and lifecycle moments. - Portfolio showcasing user-facing communication such as emails, updates, and product content. - Ability to manage communication end-to-end from concept to scheduling and publishing. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across Product, Ops, and Design.
