About the Role

Product Marketing + Communications Manager

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role in a fast-growing global company.


What You’ll Do


Own All User-Facing Communication

  • Write and publish feature announcements, product updates, and newsletters
  • Create lifecycle communication (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
  • Own push notifications, in-app messages, and product tours
  • Write all messaging for renewal, churn prevention, and conversion journeys
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice across all channels and surfaces


Build the Product Narrative

  • Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning
  • Translate complex data and product features into clear, compelling communication
  • Own user education content (guides, release notes, FAQs, onboarding material)
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure accuracy and communication alignment with roadmap


Collaborate on Lifecycle Strategy + Execution

  • Work with Product on segmentation, lifecycle triggers, and user journey strategy
  • Work with Operations to implement messaging automation through CRM systems
  • Contribute messaging for A/B tests across email, push, and in-app channels
  • Analyze communication performance and continuously improve engagement


Be the Voice of Upgame

  • Establish and refine a cohesive communication tone across the platform
  • Ensure clarity, quality, and accuracy in all user-facing messaging
  • Serve as the central source of truth for how Upgame communicates value


What You'll Bring

  • 3–6+ years in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Content, or Lifecycle/CRM roles (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical or data-heavy concepts
  • Experience creating user messaging across email, in-app, push, and help content
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, communication triggers, and lifecycle moments
  • Portfolio of user-facing communication (emails, updates, product content, etc.)
  • Ability to manage communication end-to-end: concept → writing → scheduling → publishing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across Product, Ops, and Design
