Position: Video Editor Experience: Minimum 3 years (agency experience required) Location: Gurgaon office / Remote option available Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) About Digital Pepper Inc. Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with a strong portfolio and agency background to join our content team. You will produce high-quality videos—from concept to execution—for clients across industries, helping boost engagement and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Translate briefs into compelling visual stories with clean pacing, transitions, and color grading Work with motion graphics, sound design, and typography to enhance visual impact Collaborate with creative, design, and social media teams to align video content with brand strategies Manage multiple projects, meeting tight timelines and delivering polished final outputs Optimize videos for various formats and platforms (short-form, long-form, Reels, Stories) Stay updated on video trends, tools, and formats to keep content cutting-edge Assist with video planning, mood boards, and storyboard execution when required Requirements Minimum 3 years of video editing experience , preferably in an agency setting Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent) Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and audio Experience with motion graphics and color grading Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills A creative portfolio showcasing diverse video work What We Offer Opportunity to work across diverse industries and formats (e-commerce, tech, lifestyle, corporate) A collaborative and innovative team environment Growth potential within our integrated agency structure Flexible work arrangements and supportive company culture Exposure to data-driven digital marketing strategies and state-of-the-art tools Show more Show less
