About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design with Intent

• Create visually striking social media creatives, from carousels and stories to ad campaigns and brand assets.

• Keep brand consistency intact while bringing in your own creative flair and experimentation.

• Build visual identities and campaign themes that make brands feel fresh and relevant.

• Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to co-create content that hits both the creative and performance sweet spots.

• Edit with Emotion

• Craft short-form and long-form videos that tell a story, whether its a product launch, brand reel, or social media trend.

• Add layers of storytelling with motion graphics, typography, transitions, overlays, and catchy sound design.

• Design thumbnails, intros, and outros that instantly grab attention and boost engagement.

• Play with AI Innovation

• Experiment with AI tools for generating visuals, scripts, and assets to make your workflow smarter and faster.

• Use AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative partner that helps you bring wild ideas to life.

• Stay curious and ahead of trends, test, tweak, and reimagine how content gets made.

• Think Beyond the Creative

• Be part of content planning and brainstorming not just the execution.

• Understand what performs well on each platform and design accordingly.

• Review analytics and learn what makes your content click literally.

• Handle multiple projects without losing focus on quality and deadlines.

What Youll Need

• 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (social-first content preferred).

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and/or CapCut.

• Understanding of digital platforms and their creative nuances (Reels vs. Stories vs. Ads, etc.).

• Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and storytelling.

• Familiarity with AI-based editing or content generation tools (preferred).

• A portfolio showcasing design + video work (Reels, YouTube videos, social campaigns, or AI projects)..

Bonus Skills

• Experience with D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.
