Role Overview As our Social Media Manager, you will own strategy, execution, and analysis across platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Curate and publish compelling content—posts, stories, reels—in line with brand voice Collaborate with designers and writers to create cohesive storytelling Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine campaigns Track industry trends and identify new social media opportunities Manage community engagement—respond to DMs and comments promptly Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaign logistics Prepare monthly reports and present insights to internal teams and clients Must-Have Qualifications At least 2 years of experience managing social media, preferably in an agency setting Strong copywriting skills and social media fluency Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Ability to juggle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data Creativity paired with strategic thinking Why Join Us?
