Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: Gurgaon (In-office position)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth by onboarding new clients and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research
• Pitch Digital Pepper’s services to potential clients and convert them into long-term partners
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (marketing agency experience is a strong plus)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — both verbal and written
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
