We acquire or partner with digital media brands (content websites now > youtube channels, social media creators, podcasts, newsletters in the future ) and scale them though tech, content and distribution infrastructure.This is powered by LH2 Media OS - An AI-powered platform that helps digital content brands scale by optimizing the entire content value chain - from identifying viral topics and trends in real time to generating story angles, research, and editorial support.This role will lead video content initiatives across our portfolio, starting with professional wrestling-focused brands like

across short-form and syndication platforms. As

Video Content Lead

, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our video strategy from scratch, identifying high-potential brands, and owning execution across platforms like

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and MSN Video

What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Storytelling

  • Develop platform-first video concepts (hooks, scripts, formats) tailored for short-form and long-form content.
  • Build repeatable content systems that scale—using templates, creative briefs, and storyboards.
  • Provide actionable, high-quality feedback to editors and creators for creative improvement.
  • Integrate AI-assisted workflows to boost speed and output quality.

Production & Editing

  • Own end-to-end production workflows: scripting, shooting, editing, packaging, and publishing.
  • Use industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Ensure all content meets platform formatting requirements, from aspect ratios to metadata and captions.

Platform Execution

  • Adapt content for multiple platforms: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, MSN Video, TikTok, etc.
  • Monitor performance and apply insights to improve hook rates, retention, and engagement.
  • Stay on top of content trends and platform algorithm changes.

Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Manage and mentor a small team of editors, creators, or interns.
  • Use tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets to manage deadlines, calendars, and video pipelines.
  • Set up efficient systems for brainstorming, approvals, revisions, and publishing.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, GA4, and MSN dashboard to track:
    • Watch time, CTR, retention, engagement, and subscriber growth.
  • Run A/B tests on thumbnails, titles, formats, and distribution strategies.
  • Translate insights into actionable content improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with editorial, social media, SEO, design, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output (voice, tone, visual identity).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • A strong portfolio of short-form and long-form video content—particularly on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or MSN Video.
  • Proven ability to create and execute video strategy from scratch—not just optimize existing channels.
  • Deep expertise with video production tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, etc.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., script generation, automated editing, captioning).
  • A clear understanding of platform analytics and how to act on them (watch time, CTR, retention).
  • Leadership experience—able to mentor creators and provide creative direction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Film, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience at a fast-paced startup or digital media brand.
  • Understanding of video syndication platforms like MSN Video or NewsBreak.
  • Familiarity with content monetization models like ad revenue, RPM, etc.
  • A passion for professional wrestling or pop culture (not mandatory, but a plus!).

  • You have limited hands-on production skills—we need creators, not just coordinators.
  • You haven't built a video content function from scratch (zero-to-one experience required).
  • You're not comfortable analyzing platform metrics or acting on performance data.
  • You're unfamiliar or unwilling to explore AI-assisted video tools.
  • You haven’t managed or mentored other creators or editors in the past.
