Vice President – Sales

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise tech sales and the ability to position AventIQ as a trusted partner for digital transformation through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement scalable B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the execution of long-term revenue growth and market expansion plans.
  • Represent AventIQ at key industry events, forums, and executive briefings.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Target high-value clients in sectors like

    BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail

    , and

    Healthcare

    .
  • Deliver tailored solutions and commercial models focused on value creation and ROI.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with C-level executives across strategic accounts.
  • Understand client pain points and business drivers, aligning offerings to their transformation needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on RPA, AI/ML, and automation initiatives.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports using tools like

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–20 years of progressive experience in B2B tech sales, with strong expertise in

  • Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep network of executive-level contacts across key industries.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM
