Role: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: New Delhi Employment Type: Trainee(Training with potential for full-time offer) Role Description We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Talent Acquisition Intern at AventIQ. This opportunity includes an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for the initial three months, where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. During this period, you will work closely with the HR team on: Sourcing and screening candidates Coordinating interviews Maintaining candidate databases Supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts Engaging with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Following the OJT period, a performance review will be conducted. Based on your performance, learning curve, and overall contribution, a decision will be made regarding your transition to a full-time role with the organization. Qualifications Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Team player with a proactive attitude Familiarity with MS Office tools Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
