Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities:

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

• Assists with job posting and advertising processes.

• Manages and executes full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and more

• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

• Proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking.

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

• Prepare weekly, monthly hiring reports. Maintain trackers and focus on Talent Mapping.

• In addition to the recruitment, you will help assist with the onboarding process, reference checks, regular candidate check-ins.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
