Job Title: Vice President – Sales (Head of Sales)

Location: Noida Sec:- 63

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Position Summary:

The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy, overseeing domestic and international sales operations, building strong distribution networks, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the musical instruments industry, experience in B2B and B2C channels, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Define sales KPIs and ensure performance tracking.
  • Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Set clear goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a results-oriented and collaborative team culture.
  • Market Expansion
  • Expand the company’s reach in domestic and international markets.
  • Build relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand and products.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align on product launches, pricing strategies, and market needs.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product innovation and development.
  • Forecasting & Reporting
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance data and present regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the musical instruments industry or similar consumer goods manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C channels, including e-commerce and retail distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Passion for music or familiarity with musical instruments.
  • Global outlook with experience handling exports and international sales.
  • Knowledge of music education markets (schools, academies, institutions) is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
