Job Description

Key Responsibilities1.

Strategic Workforce Planning

Forecasting & Capacity Planning
: Anticipate staffing needs based on business demands, historical data, and market trends to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Scheduling & Real-Time Management
: Develop and implement schedules that align with operational requirements, adjusting in real-time to accommodate changes in demand.

Operational Excellence

End-to-End WFM Delivery
: Oversee all aspects of workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management, to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and budget goals.
Process Optimization
: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in workforce processes, leveraging technology and data analytics.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Client Relationship Management
: Serve as the primary WFM executive for global clients, participating in Request for Proposals (RFPs) and delivering insights to enhance client relationships and drive retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with C-suite executives, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT departments to align workforce capabilities with business strategies and new initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development

Leadership & Mentorship
: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global WFM team, embedding succession planning and professional development.
Cultural Stewardship
: Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance consistent with organizational values.

Financial & Performance Management

Budgeting & P&L Oversight
: Own budgeting, forecasting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management for global WFM operations.
KPI Development
: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide senior leadership with transparent visibility into capacity, cost, and performance outlook.
