About the Role: Manager - Sales Operations Analyst
We re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Analyst to own timesheet-to-invoice conversion, sales & billing reporting, and day-to-day CRM and sales data support. This role sits between Sales and Finance and is ideal for someone who s highly accurate, process-minded, and comfortable working across Excel, vendor invoice portals, and CRM systems. This is a high-visibility operational role that requires immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc sales, billing, and revenue reports using Excel/Google Sheets (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Maintain resource management data (start/end dates, billable status, allocation) and keep the revenue/project tracker up to date.
  • Collect, validate, and reconcile timesheets; convert timesheet data into invoice-ready records.
  • Validate invoices and upload them to client/vendor portals; follow up on submission status and resolve rejections.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Collections teams to obtain approvals and to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Support CRM operations as needed.
  • Maintain a source of truth for billing cycles, revenue projects, and invoicing schedules.
  • Document processes, suggest small automations or template improvements, and implement best practices to reduce errors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, billing, or similar.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Data visualization.
  • Practical experience validating and uploading invoices to vendor/client portals.
  • Hands-on with CRM (Freshworks / Zoho / HubSpot / MS Dynamics), at least data entry and report extraction.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing concepts (PO matching, invoice numbering, GST basics in India).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.
Nice to have
  • VBA / Excel macros or Power Query automation experience.
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau for dashboards.
  • Prior experience working with large client/vendor portals and complex submission rules like SAP Ariba.
