As a Key Account Manager at Northern Arc Capital, your primary responsibilities will include: - Explore and identify potential Distributor Organisation (DO) partners across various asset classes where Northern Arc Capital operates, and successfully establish partnership and deals with them. - Develop and implement a strategic plan for the rollout of DO partnerships, and effectively manage the relationships with the DO partners. - Create and refine the product offerings, processes, and systems for DO partners to effectively manage their portfolios. - Build and lead a high-performing team to oversee and manage the DO partnerships. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and competencies: Qualifications: - MBA or Post-Graduate in Management from a premier institute, Chartered Accountant, or CFA holder. Experience: - Minimum of 11-13 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a preference for experience in corporate strategy or retail operations. Skills Required: - Proficient in corporate strategy and retail operations within the financial services sector, particularly in retail mortgage, SMEs (secured and unsecured), auto/vehicle, and home loans. - Extensive experience in retail and field operations. - Strong understanding of corporate and credit analysis, as well as structured finance. - Knowledge of legal frameworks, including RBI/NHB/SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. - Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines. - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
