Job Summary

Primary responsibility of the Head -Risk Management, lead the RM Division for service delivery & client satisfaction through timely & consistent value add. The role is both, internal & external facing, requires deep domain knowledge, entailing collaboration with internal teams & partners, as well as seamless connecting with clients from diverse businesses & their functions.

Key Responsibilities – Outbound

• Responsible for overall security consulting, management and services engagements and overall profitability / P’n’L of the department.
• Responsible for meeting the revenue targets for the overall projects portfolio as well as ensuring profitability of the projects.
• Independently engage clients for business development and account management
• Build a more extensive and sustainable security risk management and security services business.
• Responsible for leading the team motivating and developing high-performing consultants.
• Work with project managers to deliver client expectations and deliver project milestones in time.
• Work with end-customers and partners to improve business prospects and to better the knowledge transfer mechanism to improve the quality of the deliverables.
• Being innovative in resolving client issues and productizing key offerings

Key Responsibilities – Inbound

• Work with the Finance department to assess the financial viability of the project, raise timely invoices and clear subcontractor payments.
• Ensure periodic training to the team about the latest security industry trends, technology and best practices.
• Work with other departments to fulfill their internal requirements that overlaps with our practice as well as identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Work with HR department to induct the right talent into the team and appraise the performance of the team members on a periodic basis.
• Meet customers with local account managers / project managers to get firsthand feedback.
• Work with marketing to provide knowledge collaterals in the public domain on behalf of the organization.
• Work with industry organization and associations to promote the organization as a knowledge leader in the domain

Qualifications, skills & Competencies

• Exemplary team motivator and as well as genuine team player
• University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
• Completion of professional security certification training e.g., CPP, PSP, ISO, TAPA, or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum 10+ Years of corporate experience in Risk Management operations law enforcement or security-related profession
• Experience in implementation of security projects/programs with a large-scale budget.
• Extensive and up to date knowledge of security operations, standards, and technology.
• Knowledge of information security processes and systems.
• Experience in security auditing.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication, including ability to write reports, on both routine and Adhoc basis.
• Inter-personal collaboration skills to work with varied stakeholders across eco-system.
• Unblemished track record and high levels of personal integrity.
