We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team and bring our ideas to life visually across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative, compelling, and brand-aligned content for:
  • Social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube thumbnails)
  • Landing pages, whitepaper, and ebooks
  • Reports, proposals, brochures, flyers
  • Event collaterals (banners, standees, invites)
  • Presentations, pitch decks, and internal branding
• Support the development of visual identities for IIRIS and its sub-brands (e.g., Intelli-Future, Iiris knowledge)
• Adapt existing templates and create new ones for visual consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and leadership teams to understand design requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while managing multiple deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and recommend improvements for visual storytelling

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of corporate and creative work
• Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creativity

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)
• Basic animation or motion design for Instagram Reels
• Understanding of B2B and consulting/enterprise audience preferences
• Photography or video-editing knowledge (Premiere Pro or CapCut)
